It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce the International Journal of Gravitation and Theoretical Physics (IJGTP), a new platform dedicated to high-quality research in all areas of gravity and theoretical physics. Our journal aims to serve the growing scientific community working at the intersection of general relativity, cosmology, black hole physics, gravitational waves, quantum gravity, and related fields.

The last decades have witnessed remarkable progress in both observational and theoretical aspects of gravitation. From gravitational wave astronomy and black hole imaging to advances in modified gravity and quantum cosmology, the field is rapidly evolving. Our goal is to provide a focused and selective venue for publishing significant contributions that advance our understanding of gravitational phenomena, from foundational theory to observational implications.

IJGTP is committed to editorial excellence. With only four issues per year and a limited number of papers per issue, we will maintain a high standard of selectivity. We are not aiming for volume but for influence—seeking to establish a journal that will quickly earn the trust of the scientific community and, in due course, a strong impact factor. Each accepted article will undergo rigorous peer review and be chosen for its originality, clarity, and relevance.

Our editorial board, which is still in the process of being finalized, will consist of 15 respected experts from various subfields of gravitation and theoretical physics. Their diverse expertise and commitment to scientific quality will be central to shaping the identity of the journal and guiding its development.

As founding editor-in-chief, I warmly invite researchers, authors, and referees to join us in building this journal. We look forward to publishing work that not only reflects the current frontiers of gravitation and theoretical physics but also sets new directions for future inquiry.

The journey ahead is ambitious—but timely. With your support and participation, IJGTP will strive to become a prominent and trusted venue for the gravitational physics community.
